About Me
Hi, I’m JuliAnn Crommelin.
I’m an ADHD coach and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping people feel more at home in their minds, their bodies, and their lives. Whether you’re navigating the ups and downs of neurodivergence, looking for tools to support emotional regulation, or simply seeking a space where all parts of you are welcome—you’ve landed in the right place.
My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and rooted in respect for your unique story. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, learn new tools, and rediscover your inner wisdom (and maybe even laugh a little along the way).
My Experience
I’ve worked in the mental health and personal development world for nearly two decades. Along the way, I’ve supported teens, adults, and families through big transitions, recovery journeys, executive functioning challenges, and a lot in between. My background includes clinical counseling, ADHD coaching, group facilitation, and equine-assisted therapy—and I continue to be amazed by the courage and creativity of the people I work with every day.
I’ve been trained in both psychotherapy and coaching, and I intentionally keep those services separate to honor the integrity of each approach. Whether we’re diving into emotional healing through therapy or focusing on present-moment goals and accountability in coaching, the space we create together will be guided by care, clarity, and good boundaries.
My Philosophy
I believe growth is nonlinear, healing is possible, and that your quirks are often your secret superpowers. I believe in the power of a well-timed pause, the comfort of a listening ear, and the gentle magic of small, sustainable shifts.
I also believe that sometimes, the best insights come while walking beside a horse or laughing through a moment that once felt impossible.
You don’t have to do this alone. If you're ready for change—but aren’t quite sure where to start—I’d be honored to walk with you.
